PLANNING YOUR VISIT
Purchase tickets online
Tickets that require a photo ID to receive a discount, such as military, reciprocal zoo members, senior citizens, etc., must be purchased onsite at the Ticketing Building. Due to limited capacity, we recommend that you arrive when the zoo first opens at 10 a.m.
In order to prepare for our night event on June 17 the zoo will be closing at 4 p.m. (last ticket sold at 3p.m.) All activities will also be closing early or have modified times.
Members that are bringing a guest that is not included on their membership, may purchase their discounted ticket below. If you plan on renting a cycle, stroller, wheelchair, or ECV (Electric Conveyance Vehicle) we recommend doing that prior to your visit below.
- Guests that need to make changes to their tickets should contact zoomiami@miamidade.gov or 305-251-0400, ext. 0, 24 hours before their scheduled visit date.
